胸腺五肽对AA肉鸡血清及肝肾组织抗氧化功能的影响
Effects of thymopentin on antioxidant function of serum,liver and kidney tissues in AA broiler

Abstract
To examine the effect of thymopentin on the antioxidant function of serum,the liver and the kidney tissue in broilers,150 14-day-old healthy Avian broilers were randomly divided into five groups based on gender and weight.Four treatment groups(TG) (Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were injected separately with intramuscular thymopentin(TP-5) at a dosage of 50,150,300,500 tg/kg,whereas the control group(CG) (GroupⅤ) was given the same dosage by using the aseptic physiological saline method.For 5 days,the daily change of the antioxidant indices of blood,the liver and the kidney in broilers was investigated.Results were also obtained on day 10 of the research.Day 5(19-day-old) and day 10(24-day-old) results were then compared using ELISA kits.Day 5 results for TG vs CG showed that in the TG,the CAT contents in serum and the liver of Group Ⅱ increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the SOD,GSH-Px contents in the serum and the liver of Groups I,Ⅱ increased (P < 0.05),the SOD contents in the kidney and the T-AOC in serum of TG increased(P<0.05),the MDA contents in serum,the liver and the kidney of Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ decreased(P<0.05),the T-AOC in the liver of Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and in the kidney of Group Ⅱ decreased(P<0.05).Day 10 results for TG vs CG showed that the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT contents and the T-AOC in serum,the liver and the kidney increased as before(P<0.05),the contents of oxygen free radicals in broilers increased with age and weight,the GSH-Px contents in serum and the kidney of TG decreased(P<0.05),the T-AOC in serum and the liver of TG decreased(P<0.05).The results showed that TP-5 could improve the activity of the antioxidant enzyme and reduce the level of oxygen free radicals.The optimum injection dosage was found to be 50,150 μg/kg.关键词
