摘要
Abstract
The microstructure and properties of the developed energy-saving suspension clamp were studied by experiment.The results show that the energy-saving suspension clamp has good metallurgical structure,and only austenite in XRD patterns; its energy-saving rate is up to 80.85% compared with common clamp,and its temperature rise is 3.5 times lower than ordinary clamp.In mechanical property test,no slip phenomenon produces between the clamp and conductor when the grip strength is 20 kN; and the clamp produces a deformation,but is not destroyed when failure load is 40 kN.So the energy-saving suspension clamp has good energy-saving effect and mechanical properties.关键词
