摘要

Abstract

Porous copper with long cylindrical pores aligned in one direction was fabricated by directional solidification method under a pressurized hydrogen or mixture gas of hydrogen and argon.A heat transfer mould was established in directional solidification.Upon the heat balance of solidification in one dimension,the relationship between solidified shell thickness and solidified time was deduced.A formula which is the same as the traditional square root law was received.Thesolidified time and solidification coefficient were verified using the formula.The results indicate that the formula is correct.
