摘要
Abstract
A thin shell for magnesium alloy casting was manufactured taking silicon sol as binder and corundum as refractories,the effect law of coating powder/solution ratio,coating viscosity,baking temperature etc on the bending strength and fracture morphology was studied.The results show that,when powder/solution ratio is 3.2 and baking temperature is 1 200 ℃,the silicon sol-corundum shell has high strength,the bending strength of the shell is 4.3 MPa.Considering the characteristic of magnesium alloy and the performance requirements to shell,the appropriate baking temperature is 800 ℃.关键词
