摘要

Abstract

Aimed at high rejection rate of casting porosity in some type cylinder body during trial production,the casting process was analyzed from three aspects of process scheme,sand-mixing parameters,implementation of on-site process,and some targeted improving measures were taked.According to statistics,the porosity defects on cylinder surface decrease dramatically using the improved process in production,and after initial processing,porosity defects on bearing seat and cylinder head combination surface are basicly eliminated.
