Machining Performance of Two Gray Cast Irons with Same Strength
摘要
Abstract
Cu and Cr are the most common alloying elements,but they have different action mechanisms,Cu is graphitizing elements,Cr is promoting pearliting element; the same strength of the gray cast iron of HT300 standard can be reached by separately adding Cu or Cr,but the machinability of two gray cast iron castings is different in the same intensity,the processing performance of Cu-alloyed gray iron castings is significantly better than that of Cr-alloyed gray iron castings.关键词
