Abstract
AlCrFeNixCoCuTi (x=0.5 to 1.5) high entropy alloy was prepared by the method of powder metallurgy,the effects of Ni element on microstucture,hardness and comprehensive mechanical properties were investigated by XRD,hardness testing and comprehensive experiment.The results show that the constitutent phases of the alloys change from BCC+FCC at x=0.5 to BCC+FCC+σ at x=1.5,and the hardness of three alloys decreases gradually with the increase of Ni content.The maximum fracture strength is 1 161 MPa with ductility of 24.2% when Ni content is 1.0.关键词
