摘要

Abstract

The effect of laser power P,scanning speed V and preheat temperature T to the size of parts made based on SLS coated sand was studied.The results show that the size increases with the increase of laser power,when the laser power is 55.5 W,the dimension accuracy of the forming plane XY is high; the size becomes more and more small when the scanning speed increases,the size accuracy is higher when the scanning speed is 3 500 mm/s; when the preheating temperature is less than 60 ℃,the effect of the preheat temperature on the dimension precision is not obvious,however,when the preheating temperature is greater than 60 ℃,the size will increase with the increases of preheat temperature.
