电磁搅拌对离心铸造汽缸套合金元素偏析与性能的影响
Effect of EMS on Segregation of Alloy Elements and Mechanical Properties of Cylinder in Centrifugal Casting
摘要
Abstract
The effects of electromagnetic stirring (EMS) on the segregation of alloy element and mechanical properties of cylinders produced by centrifugal casting were studied.The results show that the segregation extent of alloy elements in cylinders will be reduced with the increase of the electromagnetic intensity,the microstructure difference between inside and outside layer of cylinders obviously decreases,and the average hardness increase,the hardness difference from outside to inside layer of cylinders decreases,tensile strength improves.关键词
