摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems of graphite distortion and low nodulatization grade during solidificat1on ot large ductile iron cylinder block,the factors that influnence the nodularity were analysised deeply.The difficulties have been solved by improving the following aspects:casting process,melting process,nodularizing process and inoculation process.The nodularity of cylinder block castings can generally reach 2~3 grade nodularization,and some good economic benefits were achieved.
