大剂量沐舒坦在食管癌围手术期中的应用观察
Application of high-dose ambroxol during the perioperative period of esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-dose ambroxol during the perioperative period in esophageal cancer.Methods 80 patients with esophageal cancers were randomly divided into two groups.The study group (40 patients) received high-dose ambroxol,while the control group received normal dose ambroxol.Results One patient lost for follow-up in the control group.The respiratory function declined to 34.3％ to 42.6％ of the baseline on day one after surgery,gradually restored on days 3,7,and 14,and finally returned to 55.5％ to 82.5％.The study group was superior to the control group in FEV％ on days 3 and 7 and VC％ on day 14 after surgery.There was no significant difference between the two group in adverse events of lung function (7.5％ in the study group vs.10.3％ in the control group).Conclusions High-dose ambroxol during the perioperative period of in esophageal cancer can accelerate the postoperative restoration of lung function.关键词
