Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of early nursing intervention on the prevention of urinary retention after eutocia.Methods 210 puerperas with eutocia were collected and randomly divided into a study group receiving early nursing intervention and a control group received routine nursing care.Postpartum urinary retention,intrapartum situation,and quality of life were observed.Results The number of puerperas with urinary retention,duration of urinary retention,and VAS scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (x2=22.76,t=30.10 and 18.59,P＜0.05 for all comparisons).The scores of knowledge about childbirth,and delivery coping behavior,KPS scores and the overall quality of life scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (t=15.96,11.99,11.82,11.07,15.45,10.21,and 8.87,P＜0.05 for all comparisons).Gonclusions Early nursing intervention has a positive clinical value in the prevention of urinary retention after childbirth.关键词
