Nursing care for neonates with hyaline membrane disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing experience on neonates with hyaline membrane disease,and to strengthen nursing consciousness and measures.Methods The data on 82 neonates with hyaline membrane disease who had been treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The nursing methods were summarized.Results After receiving comprehensive nursing care,most of the infants were discharged with rehabilitation.Complications occurred in a few of patients,4 of whom were dead due to pulmonary hemorrhage complicated by disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).Conclusions Effective nursing care can significantly reduce the mortality rate and improve the survival rate in the treatment of neonates with hyaline membrane disease.关键词
