护理干预联合中药对结肠癌多疗程化疗患者营养的影响
Effects of Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on nutrition of postoperative patients with colon carcinoma during chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of BuZhongYiQi Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on nutritional condition of the patients with colon carcinoma during multiple stages of chemotherapy.Methods 100 patients with colon carcinoma in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2013 were equally randomized into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was given BuZhongYiQi Chinese medicine combined nutritional nursing intervention,while the control group was given conventional nutrition-nursing intervention.The two groups were compared in nutritional condition and adverse reactions of chemotherapy.Results All 100 patients received postoperative chemotherapy.Incidence of adverse reactions of the intervention group was less than that of the control group (P＜0.05).In intervention group,in addition to the hemoglobin (P=0.061; P=0.13),body mass index (BMI)and biochemistry indices were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention can improve nutritional status and reduce adverse reactions for patients with colon carcinoma during the 3rd and the 6th stages of chemotherapy.关键词
