角果木地上部分的化学成分研究
Chemical constituents from aerial part of the Chinese Hainan mangrove plant, Ceriops tagal
摘要
Abstract
To investigate chemical constituents from acrial part of the Chinese Hainan mangrove plant,Ceriops tagal.Various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,and HPLC,were used.The structures of compounds were identified by means of spectroscopic and chemical data.Seven compounds were obtained and identified as tagalsin B (1) 、tagalsin G (2)、tagalsin Q (3) 、3β-lup-20(29)-ene-3,28-diol (4)、28-hydroxylup-20 (29)-ene-3-one (5)、3α-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-ene-28-oic acid (6) and naringenin (7),respectively.Compound 7 was isolated from the genus of Ceriops for the first time.关键词
