摘要

Abstract

In order to preliminary study the Influence of exogenous SA on the growth of wheat seedling under the stress of soil composite preservatives pollution,the paper studied,by using the soil culture method,the influence of salicylic acid and different concentrations of the compound preservative (formed by sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate) on the wheat seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that:when the composite preservative concentration was less than 5 g/L,SA (0.01g/L)could relive the inhibition of compound preservatives on the wheat germination and seedling growth; on the contrary,when the concentration was more than or equal to 5g/L,the alleviative effect of SA decreased,and even played a negative effect to inhibit the growth of wheat seedlings with the further increased concentration.
