胡黄连总苷中胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ质量分数测定
Content Determination of Picroside Ⅰ and Ⅱ in Total Iridoid Glucosides of Picrorhiza Scrophulariiflora

Abstract
Objective To establish the method for the content determination of picroside Ⅰ,Ⅱ and total glucosides of Picrorhiza.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of picroside Ⅰ,Ⅱ and total glucosides of Picrorhiza.The liquid phase included acetonitrile and 0.5% acetic acid (15.5:84.5).The flow rate was set to 1.2 mL/min with the column temperature at 35 ℃ and the detecting wavelength at 275 nm.Results the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.128 0 ~ 1.280 0μg(r =0.999 6) of picroside Ⅰ and 0.250 6 ~ 2.506 0μg(r =0.999 6) of picroside Ⅱ,respectively.The average recovery was 98.59 % and 97.33 % with RSD at 1.57 % and 1.35 %,respectively.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,specific,and can be used for quality control of total glucosides of Picrorhiza.关键词
