摘要

Abstract

Through macro and micro examination for the cracks in NC50 tool joint,the cause of cracks was discussed.The results indicated that the composition segregation of alloying elements and porosity or other defects in raw material of joint were formed in the process of smelting solidification,which destroyed the continuity of metal substrate and led to cracking in joint.
