维生素C阴道缓释片联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗复发性细菌性阴道病的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Vitamin C vaginal tablets combined with Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of recurrent bacterial vaginosis (BV).METHODS:150 patients with recurrent BV were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was given Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets before menstruation once a day for 7 days； group B was given Vitamin C vaginal tablets before menstruation once a day for 7 days； group C was given Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets once a day for 7 days and then treated with Vitamin C vaginal sustained-release tablets for 7 days after menstruation.Therapeutic efficacy and ADR of 3 groups were evaluated 7,30,60,90 and 120 days after drug withdrawal.RESULTS:Total effective rates of 3 groups 7,30 days after drug withdrawal； there was no statistical significance among 3 groups (P＞0.05).The recurrent rates of group C was lower than group A,B 60,90,120 days after withdrawal； there was statistical significance among 3 groups(P＜0.05).No significant ADR was observed in 3 groups.CONCLUSIONS:Vitamin C vaginal tablets combined with Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets is effective and safe for recurrent BV with low relapse rate.关键词
