Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect and safety of Duyiwei capsule Combined with Zhengtong huoluo tincture for post-traumatic swelling and pain.METHODS:80 patients with post-traumatic swelling and pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40).Treatment group was given Duyiwei capsule 3 pieces,tid,orally and Zhengtong huoluo tincture for external use,tid.Control group only accepted Zhengtong huoluo tincture for external use,tid.A treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 7 d.The cure rate,total effective rate,the improvement of swelling rate,pain score,paining duration and safety were observed and compared between 2 groups.RESULTS:After treatment,the cure rates and the total effective rates were 27.5％,92.50％ for treatment group and 10.0％,82.5％ for control group,there was statistical significance (P＜0.05).the improvement of swelling rate in treatment group were higher than in control group (P＜0.05).The pain score was lower and paining duration was shortening in treatment group,which were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05).No significant ADR was observed in 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS:Duyiwei capsule Combined with Zhengtong huoluo tincture is effective in the treatment of post-traumatic pain and swelling,and can relieve pain and swelling and shorten duration of post-traumatic pain with sound safety.关键词
