非正交面齿轮传动系统的耦合振动分析
Analysis of coupled vibration of face gear drive with non-orthogonal intersection
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of face gear drive with non-orthogonal intersection,a nonlinear dynamic model was presented by the concentrated parameters,which includes gear clearances,general transmission error,time-varying meshing stiffness,meshing damping,brace stiffness,support damping and exciting frequency,etc.The Runge-Kutta numerical integral method was used to solve the dynamic differential equations.When the excitation frequency is changed,harmonic,sub-harmonic,quasi-periodic and chaotic responses are shown by the time histories,phase plane plots,Poincare maps and Fourier spectra.关键词
