摘要

Abstract

With outstanding performance,the high pressure GRP pipes are widely used in the petroleum storage and transportation.How to improve the pressure-proof capability of GRP pipe is a research hotspot at present.Based on the property of resin viscosity,the goal to improve the pressure-proof capability becomes the problem of temperature control during the process of pipe forming.The numerical simulation program of the composite curing process is developed by ANSYS based on APDL.The winding process of curing method by constant temperature heating is simulated,and the change law of the temperature on the outer surface is obtained through analysis.Finally,the heating course is optimized,which keeps the temperature of outer surface in desired range.
