摘要

Abstract

Using maleic anhydride and 2,2'-bis [4-(4-aminophenox) phenyl] propane as raw materials,a no-vel bismalemide monomer,2,2'-bis [4-(4-maleimidophenox) phenyl] propane (BPA-BMI) was synthesized undermicrowave irradiation.The structure of compound was confirmed by FT-IR spectra,1H-NMR and MS.On the basisof orthogonal design,the optimal preparation conditions for BPA-BMI under microwave irradiation was as follows:themola ratio of maleic anhydride to BAPP was 2.3:1,catalyst amount was 10% (wt%),microwave power was 450Wand radiation time was 30min.The highest yield of product was 67.26%.Compared with tradition preparation ofBMI,the method of microwave irradiation is convenient,quick and less pollution.
