摘要

Abstract

The coding rules of spatial data from different sources usually differ from each other,which is difficult for spatial retrieval.In order to solve this problem,a coding method for spatial data based on GeoSOT global subdivision grid was proposed,its characteristics and advantages were discussed,and the efficiency of code generation and spatial retrieval were tested.The result showed that the coding algorithm based on GeoSOT was with high efficiency; the spatial retrieval in rational database based on GeoSOT was more efficient than that based on latitude and longitude coordinates and R-tree index,and the smaller of the query region the better of the performance.
