摘要
Abstract
The paper reviews the researches on non-development land and discusses the problem of its planning.It is suggested that "image and background" method used in conventional planning,which treats non-development land as residuals of development land,is flawed.This paper suggests that as a type of spatial resource,non-development land and other types of land are interdependent.In real practice,a "grey area",land that lies between development land and non-development should also be recognized.Planning should take into consideration of development land and non-development land together based on ecological principles and demarcate their respective boundaries.关键词
