Abstract
The digital oscilloscope measurement parameters calibration method has been discussed according to calibration specification of digital storage oscilloscope in this paper.Taking TDS3032 as an example,the measurement uncertainty of the pulse amplitude,DC voltage,band width,cycle,and rising time have been evaluated and analyzed in this paper.关键词
