摘要

Abstract

The article introduces the method of Self-Calibration from discussing the definition of calibration first,analyzing the key points in the process of self-calibration.Then,the article elaborates the mechanism of the selfcalibration through two examples:self-calibration of measuring instrument and self-calibration of voltage source.At last the article points out that the precise self-calibration will come true with the progress of the design of precise integrated reference measuring standards awing to the effort of making the measuring standard of SI unit to a constant.
