摘要

Abstract

The SYSWELD which was used in this paper and derived from ESI is a large finite element analysis software.Based on thermal elastic-plastic theory,double ellipsoid heat source model is adopted to simulate the residual stresses under different loads of the local model which is composition of the edge beam of underframe and the side walls.Therefore,the distribution law of residual stresses can be discovered.The results showed the minimum residual stress values exist in the longitudinal residual stress of the free state under different loads,and with the load increasing,the longitudinal residual stress increases in the weld.Besides,the longitudinal tensile stress values appear a small decline when the load added to a certain value,but the values are bigger than the minimum residual stress values.
