摘要

Abstract

Limiting of operator space,concrete pole welding is easy to occur instability for the appearance of technology and poor heat in the engineering process.In order to solve the above problems,this paper using automatic pulse melting polar gas protection welding technology,puts forward the hardware structure and its selection for the concrete pole automatic welding equipment,using digital eddy current sensor detect weld groove.Designed control system structure and control software based on PLC and single-chip microcomputer,weld groove welding step was determined by the experiment and reasonable welding process.In the practical work,concrete pole automatic welding equipment solve the cracks after welding near the crater,fundamentally eliminate the whole length of concrete pole deformed,and achieved good results.
