摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of the control accuracy for resistance welding time,an IGBT controlled rectifier in the secondary side of power inverter transformer is conducted to deeply study by Pspice simulation software in this paper.In the simulation process,the electrical model of the transformer secondary side output voltage,and IGBT driver signals are estabhshed.Simulation results show that this design of inverter welding power can improve the accuracy of the current spot welding process control to 0.1ms.The design and simulation in this paper may be a guidance for the design and manufacture of the frequency inverter spot welding power supply in the future.
