摘要

Abstract

Due to a combination of welding residual stress and other factors,the situation of load-carrying capacity drop and service life decline and etc.,for the welding parts of high strength steel which used for engineering machinery,happens occasionally.In this paper,welding residual stress,for the welding joints of home-made high strength steel 20MnTiB with thickness of 6mm and 12 mm,has been measured in blind-hole method,so as to research the effect laws with different thickness,and the front and back of the welds,and analyze the their distribution curve.The results indicate longitudinal residual stress of the welding joints appears centrosymmetric on the whole,with two apexes at weld-fusion line.the peak value reaches up to 660 MPa.However,horizontal residual stress stays at a smaller level with a maximal value not exceed 195 MPa.The results also demonstrate welding residual stress of thickness of 6mm and 12mm has a similar distribution regularity,and also similar for the front and back of the same welds.
