Abstract
The door cover matching occupies a large part in the body during adjusting,however at the auto industry door cover adjusting is neglected,the overall level is low.Describes how to make sure the door cover welding,assembly dimension precision,indepth analysis of the adjusting process,optimization of car door cover jig,fixture positioning mode,and the door cover relevant dimensions of the assurance measures,discusses on the cap size and adjusting method of matching,as well as on how to rely on the existing scanning equipment to improve the matching precision and quality,have also been a corresponding depth introduction.After the door cover adjusting provides reliable basis.关键词
