摘要

Abstract

The welding of Q235B steel (δ=1mm) is tested with RSW process,research and analysis of various parts of microstructure changes and hardness distribution characteristics of the good quality of welded joints.The results showed that the welded joints normalizing zone are the small granular ferrite and pearlite,the hardness value slightly higher than the base material,good plasticity and toughness; overheated zone is mainly made up of pearlite and a small amount of feathery upper bainite with the highest hardness;the hardness value of the nugget zone,which includes lath martensite and retained austenite,is slightly lower than the overheated zone.
