A Study on the Interactions between CdTe QDs and Bovine Hemoglobin
摘要
Abstract
Water-soluble CdTe quantum dots (QDs) capped by Thioglycolic acid (TGA) with uniform size distribution was synthesized via a hydrothermal synthesis method.The interactions between CdTe QDs and Bovine hemoglobin were investigated in pH =7.0 PBS buffer.The results indicated that Bovine hemoglobin could significantly quench the fluorescence of functionalized CdTe QDs,and the quenching process were influenced by the concentration and acidity of BHb solution.The quenching reason and the mechanism between CdTe QDs and BHb were also discussed.关键词
