海带对罗源湾养殖区海水的生物修复研究
Bioremediation of Mariculture Area by Laminaria japonica in Luoyuan Bay
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly studied the water quality condition of Luoyuan Bay during Laminaria japonica cultivation from March to May,and water purification effect of Laminaria japonica on aquaculture effluents in the laboratory.The results showed that algal cultivation could improve water quality and reduced concentrations of DIN and DIP in Luoyuan Bay.From March to May,reduce percentages of DIN in the area of algal cultivation were 25.48%,19.62%,44.65% and percentages of DIP were 20.17%,32.00%,38.72%,respectively.In the laboratory,individuals of Laminaria japonica proved to be effecient in removing inorganic nitrongen of effluents within the 7-days experiment,having over 98% of removal,and achieved health growth in a certain daily growth rate and maintained an increase of fresh weight and blade length.关键词
