考虑人工脱粘层接触效应的药柱粘弹性分析
Viscoelastic analysis of solid motor grain considering contact effect between stress release boots

Abstract
Considering contact effect between stress release boots,finite element software MSC.Patran/Marc was used as a tool to make a viscoelastic analysis of two stage solid motor under axial overload condition.Von Mises stress/strain of motor grain under eight cases was compared to analyze the performance of contact effect in dynamic and static mode.A simple method of judging the necessity of considering the contact effect was obtained.The results show that the numerical values of Von Mises stress/strain considering contact effect between stress release boots were higher than that without considering contact effect; the numerical values of Von Mises stress/strain in dynamic mode were higher than that in static mode; the results in dynamic mode were more accurate for the simulation calculation of the contact effect.Some conclusions obtained and the analysis methods provide reference for the design and development of solid motors.关键词
