摘要

Abstract

The continuous carbon fiber reinforced PEK-C composites were fabricated by using on-line solution impregnation and in-situ consolidation method.The technological parameters which affect the carbon prepreg quality were investigated.The effects of processing temperature and nano-TiO2 content on the interlaminer shear strength (ILSS) of NOL rings were studied.The interfacial destruction mechanism was also investigated.The results reveal that the winding NOL rings with good mechanical properties were obtained in the proper range of processing temperature.The interface adhesion between fiber and resin was strengthened by the incorporation of appropriate amount of nano-TiO2,and the ILSS of composite was further improved.
