甘蔗伸长期叶片叶绿素含量的基因型差异及与氮、钾含量的相关性分析
Characterization of Chlorophyll Contents in Leaves of Different Sugarcane Genotypes at Elongation State and Its Correlation Analysis with N and K
摘要
Abstract
Chlorophyll contents in leaves of different sugarcane genotypes at elongation state were determined,total nitrogen and potassium concentrations in leaves were measured as well.The correlation between sugarcane leaves' chlorophyll contents and total nitrogen and potassium concentration was analyzed.The results showed that there was significant difference in leaf color,chlorophyll concentration,total nitrogen and potassium contents among different sugarcane genotypes.Correlation analysis showed that sugarcane leaves' chlorophyll content was in significant positive correlation with total nitrogen content,but not with potassium content.关键词
