摘要

Abstract

Offshore oil industry develops rapidly,the decommission of offshore platform becomes more and more frequent,it is imperative to develop the technology and equipment for demolition.For this situation,a pipe cutting robot for subsea abandoned oil wells based on electro discharge machining is proposed.Use Bayesian network approach to fault diagnosis.First,the fault tree is built.Then,the fault tree into Bayesian work is tranformed respectively.At last the cause of the failure and their probability of occurrence are diagnosed and the importance of the various components based on the Netica software is determined.The result shows that this robot has high reliability and shouldpay attention to the research of Compensation Agency and the discharge gap detection circuits.
