摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules of about 22 nucleotides in length that are encoded by endogenous gene and participate in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression.Many evidences indicate that some miRNAs are deregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),and it has been found that miRNAs regulate the proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,and cell cycle of HCC cells through some pathways or genes.In addition,some studies suggest that miRNAs function as oncogenes or anti-oncogenes.Therefore,in-depth understanding of the specific role and function of miRNAs in HCC may provide a new approach for the treatment of HCC.关键词
