摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the correlation factors of arterial stiffness and endothelial function in hypertensive patients with hyperhomocysteinemia ( HHcy) (H-type hypertensive). Methods According to the serum homocystein (Hcy) levels, 105 essential hypertension patients were divided into H-type hypertension group (66 cases) and hypertension group (39 cases). The arterial stiffness and endothelial function were detected, and the correlation factors of which were analyzed. Results The levels of serum Hey, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) , asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) , urinary albumin/creatinine and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in H-type hypertension group were significantly higher than those in hypertension group ( P < 0. 05 -0. 01). There were positive correlation between the level of Hcy and age, urinary albumin/creatinine, baPWV, the level of ADMA (P <0. 05-0. 001 ). There were positive correlation between baPWV and age, smoking, diabetes, the levels of hs-CPR, ADMA and Hcy ( P < 0. 05 -0.001). Multiple regression analysis showed that the age, diabetes, levels of Hcy and ADMA were independent correlation with baPWV (all P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion HHcy can aggravate the vascular elasticity reduced and the vascular endothelial function damage in H-type hypertensive patients.
