淹水胁迫对朴树幼苗形态及生理特性的影响
Effects of waterlogging stress on the morphological and physiological property of Celtis sinensis

Abstract
Morphological and physiological indicators of 1-year-old seedlings of Celtis sinensis were investigated in this waterlogging experiment.The results showed:under waterlogging stress,hight growth was inhibited,while basal diameter growth and adventitious root formation was promoted.The net photosynthetic rate,affected by stomatal conductance,showed a rapid decrease followed by an increase in the last gradual downward trend.Waterlogged seedlings did not appear to death.Leaf shape,compared with CK,was more rounded.Leaf relative conductivity firstly increased and then decreased.SOD activity generally maintained at a high level,while POD activity showed a downward trend.MDA continued to rise slowly over time.Therefore,Cehis sinensis seedlings have a certain degree of anti-waterlogging capacity and could be planted in high ground water level and moderate flooding stress area.However,long-term waterlogging would also make them subject to关键词
