摘要

Abstract

With an axillary bud of flower stalks as explants,sterilization methods,medium types,hormone concentration and browning control were studied.The results showed that the 2-3 cm cutting segments with an axillary bud of flower stalks were soaked into 0.1% HgC12 for 15 min after series of pre-treatment.The aseptic rate could reach 90%.The suitable medium for primary culture was MS or 1/2MS +6-BA 3.0 mg/L.The suitable medium for subculture was 1/2MS +6-BA 7.5 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L.The suitable medium for rooting was 1/2MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + AC 1.0 g/L + banana pulp 60 mg/L.A method for mass propagation was found through inducing clustered shoots.
