摘要

Abstract

In this paper,we focused on the effects of rooting reagent GGR concentrations,cutting substrates,cutting time and other factors on Symplocos paniculata softwood cutting.The results showed that the best cutting time of S.paniculata was in the late May,with the advantages of fast rooting,high survival rate,better root diameter and the longest root length.The root number also met the requirements.The three cutting substrates could well promote S.paniculata rooting and rooting rates all reached more than 90%.Among these samples,the largest rooting number was the one placed in the substrate of perlite,the longest root was the one in the mixed substrate of vermiculite and perlite which were at the same ratio,and there was no significant difference of rhizome in the three matrixes.Three different treatments of rooting reagent GGR concentrations and proceeding time all could well promote S.paniculata rooting and there was no significant difference in these indicators such as rhizome,root length and the number of roots.The S.paniculata cuttings transplanted in spring was obviously better than in winter.In short,the best program for softwood cutting propagation of S.paniculata was as follows:The cuttings were soaked in rooting reagents GGR of 300 mg/L for 0.5 hour in the mid or late May,and then placed in the mixed substrate of vermiculite and perlite at the same ratio.
