Study on seed viability of Hovenia acerba Lindl.by TTC method
摘要
Abstract
To test seed viability of Hovenia acerba Lindl.,different seed pre-treatments,TTC concentration and staining time were studied.The results showed that TTC method was a suitable method for the seed viability test of Hovenia acerba Lindl..Before seeds were stained in 0.25％ TTC solution at 30℃ for 4 h or 0.75％ TTC solution at 30℃ for 2 h,they should be soaked in water at 25℃ for 24 h,and removed the seed coat after cutting parts of seed tissues away from the radical.关键词
