高含油量甘蓝型油菜杂交新品种‘沪油杂7号’的选育
Breeding of a new high oil-content hybrid variety ‘ Huyouza 7' of Brassica napus
摘要
Abstract
‘Huyouza 7',a new high oil-content and double-low hybrid variety of Brassica napus,was bred by matching of three lines-a high oil-content recessive genic male sterile homozygous two-type line 20228AB,a temporary maintenance line M-6477 and a restoring line 08184.Its seeds'oil content was up to 47.76％,the erucic acid content of oil was 0.00％ and the glucosinolate content of meal was 21.75 mol/g.Its average seed and oil yields were 2 622.45 kg/hm2 and 1 252.50 kg/hm2,increasing by 8.85％ and 17.29％ respectively over those of the control variety ‘Huyou 15' in Shanghai regional rapeseed test of 2008-2009.And in Shanghai regional rapeseed test of 2009-2010 its average seed and oil yields were 3 146.70 kg/hm2 and 1 346.10 kg/hm2,increasing by 14.48％ and 12.46％ respectively over those of the control variety ‘Huyouza 4'关键词
