高效液相色谱法测定饲料中的丙二醛含量
Determination of malondialdehyde content in feeds by high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract
A simple,rapid and quantitative method to evaluate the oil rancidity of feed was established through determining the malondialdehyde content in feed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The samples from feeds of poultry,pigs,pets and fishes were extracted with trichloroacetic acid and derived by thiobarbituric acid (TBA),then analyzed by separation on a C18 chromatographic column with an acetonitrile and KH2 PO3 (V/V=18/82)solution as a mobile phase,and detected with a fluorescence detector.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area of malondialdehyde and the mass concentration within 0.02-0.20 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9994 and the limit of quantification(S/N =10)was 0.05 mg/kg.When 1,2 or 5 μg/kg malondialdehyde was added to 7 feed samples,the average recovery rates were 85%-96%,and all the relative standard deviations(n =10)were less than 5%,meeting the requirement for determining malondialdehyde content in feed.关键词
