Abstract
Taking China Fisheries Corporation as an example,the paper constructed an index system of evaluating listed agricultural companies 'financial affairs in terms of enterprises' growth ability,solvency,profitability and operation ability,established an evaluation model by factor analysis,calculated subentry scores and an overall score,compared the corporation with other 15 listed companies of aquaculture industry,and lastly carried out partial and comprehensive financial performance evaluations according to each index and a comprehensive ranking.On the basis of the above results the paper also put forward some opinions and suggestions for the corporation to further develop.关键词
