Study on germination and growth of lily seeds in different media
摘要
Abstract
The seed germination and growth of lily wild species and cultivars in four different media were studied.It was found that Lilium concolor,Asiatic lily cv.‘Brunello' and L.pumilum were relatively high in emergence percentage,and the highest reached 94.6％,83.8％ and 92.7％ respectively,but the highest emergence percentage of L.dauricum was only 10％.Except L.dauricum,the others' emergence time was 4-11 days and their leaf appearance needed 30-60 days.Most lily seeds germinated well and had a high emergence percentage in the media containing a lot of humus,and their cotyledon growth was in accordance with the growth rhythm of fast at first and then slow in general.关键词
