肺硬化性血管瘤的CT诊断分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the application of CT scan in diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH).Methods The CT findings of 6 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangiomas confirmed pathologically were analyzed retrospectively.Results On the CT scan PSH manifested as round nodule or mass with clear margin; 3 cases had calcification,3 cases showed ground-glass appearance and 2 eases had vascular notch symptom.On the contrast-enhanced CT most lesions presented inhomogeneously enhanced.Conclusion If enhanced,calcified or ground-glass pulmonary nodules or mass are presented in CT scan,pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma should be preferentially considered.关键词
